I’m 58 years old 165lbs curvy and I wear a size large.So far I have made 4 purchases and my winter wardrobe is out of site.The clothing here are so age appropriate and made of excellent material.I love the feel of the fabric.

the app Makes it eas To go back and forth between specific stations and colors I wear between sizes so is very easy to look up from 2x and 3 xs
Awful customer service
Just like their clothing, appearance is great, but up close the execution is awful. I’ve read so many reviews on better business bureau saying customers didn’t receive help or didn’t receive their product, which is exactly what happened to me. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of action to help myself as a customer obtain a product that I paid for and ordered from them. It is a risk buying from them that you will receive customer care, accurate shipping timeline information, or your product. A risk I’m no longer willing to take. Will not be a return customer to Jlux label.
