Do you see yourself as a leader? No matter what your answer to this question is, iLead will inspire you to define the type of leader you want to become. As a young person, you’ll be empowered to practice self-leadership skills as you engage with the leadership values, principles, and laws shared in some of leadership expert, Dr. John C. Maxwell’s, best-selling books.
In today’s world where it takes a team working together to create better ideas, we need better tools that provide on-ramps to our future success. iLead will take you on a peer-to-peer journey in a small group setting that provides a safe space for you to be real and explore the power of your choices, actions, and influence.  
In addition to a library full of free educational content, each iLead youth course within the 3-year program, iChoose, iDo and iLead, consists of 16 lessons made up of 2 lesson parts for 32 sessions each year and is currently available in English and Spanish.
