I am just grateful I will be able to easily have access to view my accounts. The launching of this app was long overdue. So far, the app is very user friendly & straight to the point. My only issue is that I have to select the time period I’d like to view my statements. Personally, it would be way more convenient to group the statements by month & year (example, December 2024) and we could just select the time period from there. Nonetheless, I am just grateful JMMB got with the times because this app was ANTICIPATED!
Great app so far. I had issues with OTP the first time I tried logging in but once I logged in the first time everything went smooth after. Very convenient for transferring/viewing funds and I love the stocks page. I see a lot of "coming soon" so I am excited for the new updates and improvements. But this app is very convenient for me so far and deserves a 5 star.
The design looks outdated and does not make good use of the screen space available. The upper third of the app should be used to show content on all of the app instead of just empty space. The account statement page does this correctly and it looks so much better than the rest of the app. The font size seems a bit too small. An option to adjust it would be ideal. I also have OTP issues like other reviewers. The portfolio performance charts and gain/loss percentages are a great additions to the app which seems to be missing from the Moneyline website.
There’s something wrong. I’m not receiving an OTP & so, I can’t login. I’ve been having this issue for several days.
Put in login credentials and "log in" not being pressed.
Changed my mind when I got in and saw it
I downloaded the app and for hours I still have not received the current OTP. When I enter the one that finally comes, it’s already expired and the message says it can lock my account if I do that 2 more times
It takes too long to send the OTP by the time I got it there’s a time out message.
Tried to sign in for 2-4 hours last night and the otp text messages take up to 30 mins to be sent and thus the prompt times out and have to try signing in all over again and repeat the process. And the email that says “if you have problems logging in, call this number”? No one is there to help because office are closed. That isn’t customer service if we can’t get help anytime anywhere. Fix this problem now!
