Rubbish, just stop
Not sure where to start. Let’s just say that I’m CONSTANTLY locked out of the app because JobAdder sees fit to regularly update the app, then password resets and failure to memorise my log in details?! JOBADDER - take a look at these consistently terrible reviews and please STOP IT, you’re really annoying your customers and there are competitors we can go to. Rubbish!
New update has gone backwards
The new update doesn’t make sense. Only a few likable additions, but why we can’t see placements completely baffles me
Incredibly slow and unusable
The new version is a huge backward step. It is incredibly slow to the point of being unusable. Screening questions (seek) are also no longer displayed on applicants tile which means a slower process of assessment - which defeats the purpose of the screening Qs to begin with. Can’t use this mobile version.

Runs so slowly, preferred the old app
Previous app was better
You can’t update the Date Available from the app anymore which is frustrating when I using it to copy an sms reply into a candidate’s and need to update their availability but now have to also open up their profile on the computer to update the date in. Also copy a note in is now a two step process of pasting saving then having to add note type. The only good thing is that you can see the recruiter attached to the candidate

Very slow to load, slow to navigate, server connection issues.

Worse than previous version by a MILE
There are a many glitches with this updated App. It doesn’t come up with any of the candidate or contact records I’m searching for. I can’t add new contacts or candidates. I’m so annoyed I can’t got back to the original!!!
No job create function
New version has lost the create new job capability. Not useful anymore.
