App works great and customer service is on point.

Dear Joblogic Respectfully I leave this review because I feel so embarrassed with your service, and I decided to share my experience. I did purchase 4 weeks ago your CRM software and realise that is not so flexible as initial the salesperson described it. In fact! -It is not friendly on the mobile phone version. -There are not available the basic tame-plate for a plumbers & heating engineer. -The jobs cannot completely finalize and sent the customer through the mobile phone version. As soon as I realize all that factors, I came back to the company and ask if they can help me with a template. Almost instantly I received a writing confirmation that the cost is going to exceed a few thousand pounds when I decide to cancer my subscription, they offer 50% discount on the template cost . Of course, I cannot afford this cost and I ask to cancel my subscription because the product is not much with my needs and my financial expectations. The answer was by Customer Success Manager (this is not the news you expected but Unfortunately payments will still be due, and invoices will be raised with our accounts department as stipulated in your contract this was signed for 12 months on 26/9/23.) Funny enough after a week the offer me free of charge 3 templates and 50% on 2 others I am glad I did not trust from the beginning. Of coerce respectfully I will keep paying my bills as long you are interesting only for the payment and not for the customer needs! As a professional tradesman I never did that to my customers Thank you for your time! Yiannis

App has been absolutely shocking since most recent update. Sends notifications all day long. Have to sign in and out constantly or nothing works on it. Saying I have 1479 unsynced items which seams to rise every couple of seconds.

App is very laggy on iphone, using an iphone 14 pro, every box or button that I click has a very noticeable delay, makes the experience incredibly bad.

Terrible app. Different to navigate.

Too many bugs and issues

WONT STAY LOGGED ON AND FACE ID NOT WORKING AFTER ITS SET AND HAVE TO CONSTANTLY PUT EMAIL & PASSWORD IN. HAPPENED SIBCE LAST UPDATE.

It’s now 2022, the iPhone X was introduced in 2017 which made new and different screen sizes that have become the norm. This app hasn’t even been updated to make use of the new screen sizes since 2017!!!!! Need I say more? Having said that, the preview pictures on the App Store page are false advertising because they show something which isn’t the case.

Can we have a quicker app 🙏. It’s freezing on the logging on travel to sites it pauses for abou 15 seconds on every new job I start finish and sign off. I’m guessing this is the location setting or something. Please can you sort this out or I’m going to have to turn off the location again which upsets my office.
