The focus—-if not imperative—-of this app is to order ahead. I actually like talking with humans and can afford three minutes in line to order something to drink. I loaded the app and realized what was going on with it. I’m sure it’s great for people who can’t be bothered with people.

Special Instructions don’t save to My Favorites

Special Instructions used to save over to My Favorites but now they’re lost. Very annoying that I have to retype them every time! They do save over to Recent Orders though - so if I’ve ordered something specific recently I can just hit Order Again - but it’s annoying. Dev team, please restore the Special Instructions with My Favorites! (If you want to recreate this bug, add Special Instructions to an order, Favorite it, and then look at My Favorites to see that your instructions didn’t carry over.) I’ll increase my rating when you fix this!

Logs me out mid order, cannot process my card that’s been on file for years. Doesn’t get the time correct for time sensitive items.

I had put in an order to a coffee shop and used my $5 reward. The order was rejected by the coffee shop but never received my reward money back. It took 3 emails to get a response. They finally responded saying they would look into the matter and asked for further information which was given, and still never received it back despite two more follow up emails. This was back in 2022 and I still use the app at work now to make things easier to order but am still frustrated by the lack of customer service and follow through.

They tricked me into signing up for the app offering a three dollar discount but it doesn’t apply any discount at any point or give you the option to use the credit so it’s very misleading.

I really loved this app at first. However, I had an issue with messaging about a problem about 6 months ago and only getting the response : we will be looking into it. Also tried to redeem a coupon in my inbox today saying we miss you/here is 2.00 dollars off a drink from a certain shop.. however nothing happens when clicking redeem… super frustrating.

Hard work o find coffee shops that take the app

This app was fine until all the coffee shops I used stopped taking the app. I must wonder why so many coffee shops have quit. Now I have almost $40 I can’t use anywhere within 90 miles of my home.

I wanted some coffee in the morning and my brother was going to walk and get it and I’d pay. So I downloaded this app again(couldn’t remember why I deleted it) and I ordered for two iced coffees at $5.50 each. (The main reason I went here instead of Starbucks) Plus I had points that would save me $3. he went walking to pick them up and as he’s arriving, I get a text saying my order was declined because the restaurant didn’t acknowledge my order within 10 minutes. WHY WOULD IT BE CANCELED? So I tell him just purchase it there. Not only does he pay $3 more (my rewards) but the price in person was $6.50. The same as Starbucks large size. But this place has small sizes only. We spent way more than expected. Plus my brother had to wait an additional 12 minutes as they seemed busy. Next time we’ll just buy it in person!

I had two orders placed at a coffee shop (both were rejected by the shop). The app then informed me “don’t worry you won’t be charged for this as it was canceled by the store”. They then proceeded to charge me. They’re making it impossible to get a refund, they have shown zero interest in actually addressing my issue. I think it’s interesting they have zero customer support for this issue, and I had to jump through hoops just to contact them about it. NOT an app I would trust to have my banking information.
