What happened to the Cajun fries option? Used to have this a few months back but it got taken out. Now I either have to call to make an order or walk in. Please bring it back.
I’ve tried ordering from the app twice, each time it says my card is denied (tried multiple, all with the funds) but puts a hold on my card anyway without forwarding the order to the restaurant
Since latest iOS update the app keeps crashing when clicking on any of the menu items…
They offered a 20% discount on the first order but no place to enter it. The employees were not much better and didn’t make it right. App was fairly easy to use is the only +.
Big fan of both Joes and Choza but won’t use the app. I was sitting in the restaurant and checking prices and the app prices are frequently $1-2 more than ordering in person. Not sure the reasoning for that but seems a rip off when in fact it makes things streamlined. Buyer beware.
I could log in and select a store but there was no way to order any food. Completely useless.
Please fix the error, code 0001.
Says email & password are invalid no matter what tried
App doesn’t work. Can’t sign up as it says the email and password is invalid no matter what you use. Numbers capitalization symbols literally the word password. None work. So no way to order. Wanted to give them more money instead of going through 3rd party services. Oh well. Grubhub can take their cut I guess.
