I use John Lewis when I need something and require delivery as I have trouble walking sometimes if I need to carry anything bulky or heavy. The quality of goods is reliable and the website is easy to shop from .. Confidence in the store and quality of goods plus ease of shopping just when it is convenient rates it as excellent in my book. Let us hope we don’t lose this store as we lost several others during and after Covid. Thank you- John Lewis

I really don’t need to know this about every single item I view on the app. Can’t you have some other sort of feature to show how popular items are, rather than this pop up which comes up the minute you tap on an item, and which has to be closed down before viewing the item as it blocks the pictures? It’s a gripe I had previously with the M&S app. M&S’s is now less intrusive than it was but you have introduced it. PLEASE get rid of it. The app was so much more user friendly before you introduced it.
