It used to be free, then they started to charge a $19.99 monthly fee for a basic subscription. I had no choice but to subscribe. After a 2 year subscription, I decided to cancel until my business picks up again, as I didn’t want to keep paying $20 per month for no reason. However, after my now my expired and I’m not even able to access any of my previous quotes or invoices, which I need for my year end book keeping and accounting. So they completely screwed me and I’m stuck paying $20 just so I can download my paperwork. Total rip off..

Cheap. Used to be free now they charge you just to have the app on your iPad such garbage. Telling everyone how trash this is.

Subscription Requirement
When I first started using this app I really liked it & it worked great. But as time went on, you kept taking away things that were part of the free version & made it so you had to pay for them. That is ridiculous! If you decide you need/want charge for things fine, but people already using the app before those changes were implemented should not have to pay extra for them, it should only be new users. Due to this fact you are losing me as a client.

I have been using the app for a long time & it is great for me as a small business. But it is absolutely unacceptable that you now have a new “pro” version of the app & are charging for features that were free! If they were totally new features I can see that, but they were already available for free & now they aren’t!

Tricks
This month i only produced one estimation, then i tried to convert it into invoice but joist didnt allowed its convertion because it says no more free doc left to be used:)
So disappointed
Was using this app since it was first released. I don’t mind paying a fee, but $200 a year is pretty steep. First they removed the logo option and now they only give you 2 documents. Not impressed.
Changing back the invoice date
I was glad that I could change the invoice date back to a later date than what the date was when I sent it. For the customer that I was working for I Started the job couple of months before I sent him the invoice and because of his year end I was going into his next tax year. I made my customer Happy! Jerry with Twin River Eavestroughing & Exteriors. This is a good app once know how to use it. Thank you guys at Joist team!.
