Doesn’t actually work. Basically they have no app. Download McD instead they give great offers

Jollibee please fix your app, surely it doesn’t take much to update and fix it. Good customer experience is essential in business. Disappointed with app.

Can we get an update please? The app is not fit for use as keeps crashing and you can’t do click and collect as it constantly says it’s busy?

Nottingham store is perpetually busy for app order even tho it’s clearly not true because I’m in the restaurant?

Keep Crashing App, as soon as you click anywhere

The moment you open the store finder, it crashes. There is no use earning points as the app keeps crashing and it is deemed useless.

Click and collect does not allow u to search nearest location in the uk, only displays Leeds and when you use the search it crashes. the reward points system is only for the click and collect through the app, you can’t save points when ordering in the restaurant, so the barcode for points is useless

It crashes all the time, and when I click on “store finder” it only gives me options for Leicester and Leeds (I’m London based). Also to top it all off when I click on either option it kicks you out and o to my home screen anyway Fundamentally broken and useless
