GREAT APP, IF IT WORKED😒
Bought the app a few days back. It was working well at first but yesterday I noticed the app was silent but thought the device had its volume tuned down. Upon investigation it’s not our device. The app just has no sound coming out. £9.99 is a lot for an app that is not working. STILL NOT WORKING RIGHT. MY CHILD IS FRUSTRATED IM FRUSTRATED.
No family sharing
I purchased and downloaded the app on my phone and wanted to share it with my son so that he can use it on his ipad. Although family sharing is enabled, I couldn’t share the app. And there is no information regarding how to do sharing on their website
I love phonics

Doesn’t work.
So I bought this app after it being recommended by my daughter’s school, I looked to see what iOS version was compatible, and it states 11.0 or later, my daughters has iOS version 12.5.7, but every time we open the app, the mouse appears, then the app switches itself off, it won’t work, I tried app support, but it just says page cannot be found, massively frustrating considering it’s just cost £9.99 for an app my daughter can’t use. I would have give no stars but can’t.

It is not working with some pronounce
Like “oa” it is not working with the pronounce with all my gadgets
Keeps Crashing
Poor Support. Very frustrating bug that was promised to be fixed in an October release - still an issue. Do not buy.
Problems with app
Once after the new iOS update, the letter sounds get stuck and even when you tap again it won’t work and screen freezes. Hectic part is the sounds come all at ones, which is so weird and not worth at all
Updated but still has many confusing errors and limited words
Strange errors, for example the sound clip for “ee” in “coffee” is the same as “e” in egg, which makes no sense. It has “cheec” as a word, with a hard “k” sound for the “c” (presumably it means “cheek”?). The whole “ng” section has no audible soft “g” sound which makes words such as “ring” or “sing” impossible to teach. These words end in a soft “g” sound. For a paid app there are still far too few words which makes using it as a teaching tool quite limited.
