Avoid at all costs

New app is useless and chargers have been out of order and no maintenance or sign to indicate. Waste of time and space

Old app was better

The old Jolt app was better, I find that this one is slow to display the charge State or just doesn’t, it never shows how far you are into the free 7KW and the charging animation is confusing compared to the old app. I really like Jolt and use them often but sad to see that the new app is a downgrade. Can we please get a feature to see the charge status of the car currently charging so that we can get an idea of how long one may be using the charger for. ChargeNet does this and it’s really useful.

Unable to fully set up on IPhone

The app itself works well, but I couldn’t set up payment details on my iPhone, the screen size meant I couldn’t access all the inputs required. Set up on my iPad and am now away..
