Please do something about your app. In every 4-5months the app is keep crash, no contract shown to select and the payment did not updated

Dari bank dah tolak,tapi dalam apps duk cakap tertunggak lagi,lepastu mesej suruh bayar lagi.satu bulan nak bayar berapa kali kat u orang?..app pun tak function

kontrak hilang secara tiba ² macam mana nak bayar

Dah bayar tapi lambat gilee update masuk system pon. Tolong improve apps ni..

Dah buat payment pun still kata orang tak bayar,bahaya jenis macam ni..makesure kena record sendiri setiap transaksi pembayaran..sibuk nak buat auto debit,tapi apps tak updated langsung!!

I dont understand why i should pay when they already deduct it from my bank. The system couldn’t even track payment? If the payment made within May DO NOT use the payment for JUNE. What the heck is this app doing??? This app need to improve or otherwise consider to give up this app. Seems like review doesn’t make this app improve any. God I am so mad 🤌🏽
