Can register event by using credit card. Filling all the details but no button to click submit. Dumb company and developer, really frustrated

Pleasant and Enjoyable fun run
It was a pleasant and enjoyable 3km run, and look forward to more 3km fun runs like this in the future events.
Browsing, Filter and Sort features doesnt work
It has a lot of run/marathon event, however its feature of browsing, filter and sort doest work at all so need to browse all the event one by one
Credit Card payment page FE issues
Simplify the damn page… no submit button and super buggy cannot even scroll to the bottom of the form at the payment confirmation form as it hides the form when you try to scroll down further
Apps keep crushing
I attempted to sign up for the event but unfortunately was unable to. An error code, specifically 500, appeared on the screen. This has caused a significant amount of frustration as I was really looking forward to participating in this event.
