JOOLA Infinity

Can’t even sign up through the app keeps saying unavailable regions.

I’ve been trying to cancel the subscription for 3 months now. No way to cancel in the app, no response from Joola on the phone and they don’t respond to email. They keep charging my card and I never had access to premium content. I would recommend you don’t give them your credit card number.

Not sure how many Infinity robots Joola sold, but with the 2.2.2 version, they are all completely unusable. Your very angry customer…

The app has always been fine for my needs in regards to making custom drills and saving them. HOWEVER. Yesterday when I tried to use the Infinity Robot (the only way to use it is through drills in the app) suddenly the robot was NOWHERE to be seen, and there was no longer an option to connect a robot. I need this capability in order to use the robot… the robot is worthless without the app. PLEASE FIX so my $500 robot does not become a clothes drying rack in my basement.

With the latest update the “Play” option is missing and I can’t see any other way to operate my Infinity robot so I cannot train

Several things don’t work like FAQ, leave feed back not a chance, paddle data base have explored much else also can’t register my product for a warranty

I bought a gen3 paddle that “came” with a free month. Just like that paddle, this app has been pretty much a failure in execution. The free month never worked and my apple subscription I set up never allowed me to view any of the premium lessons. I’m now caught in a loop of not being able to delete my account due to an “active” subscription but still being told by the app I have no such subscription. I’ve spent money on stupider things but I’m infuriated at the lack of replies from Joola infinity to my initial email and then the gall to try to charge my credit card despite not having a subscription. Buyer beware on here, content seemed interesting but I’d warn others against their infinite black hole subscription that only allows money in and no content out.

Some lessons are categorized as “Free,” but these so-called free lessons only show the introduction. They are not bona fide free.

As a novice pickleball player who was looking to understand and improve in the sport I can’t tell you how helpful this app has been!!! The lessons are easy to follow and even better, easy to understand.
