ทำแบบสอบถามไว้ 18ข้อ ทดสอบใส่ข้อมูลครับ พอลองสั่งพิมพ์ บางหัวข้อหายไปทั้งๆ ที่ใส่ข้อมูลไว้แล้ว ยกตัวอย่างข้อที่ปรากฏให้ตอนสั่งพิมพ์ 1 2 3 5 6 8 ปรับปรุงด้วยครับ
