Don’t use there chargers. It’s not working properly and last 6 months I am following for refund but till date not get any response from them.

Please change your user interface.Unable to see some letters. e.g. Cannot see wallet balance due to font colour.

I was charged 4 times for the same transaction. I have raised complaint ticket on their app for which there is no response. Their customer support number ( 1800 102 5738) is also not working.

Why do I need to register with my mobile number to use your app ? Uninstalling.

Twice I had to get support from their team on some minor issues and happy that on both occasions they have been very helpful to resolve the issues faced. App seems to be working well apart from minor glitches. Good to have an active and supportive team to help in terms of any issues faced with app

I have been trying to get in touch with the customer support and have raised multiple tickets with the app but have not received any reply from them and I am unable to use the facilities since last 3 days plus additional money has been debited from my wallet and none of them are even responding to the issue and their customer care number also doesn’t work it says it’s out of service!!

I have been used once only and I will go back to this charger again. 1) They are not showing price per KWh in app and they are charging ₹42.5 per KWh. In india average all ev charging companys are charging around ₹20 only. 2) Confused user interface and so many bugs. It’s took so much time to connect the car and charger. We need try so many attempts. 3) In final invoice they will not show many kwh used or time. Just show only total amount. I think this company steeling the ev users. Please beware of it.
