I haven’t used it much since it was changed. I generally have no issues with checking my account etc. , but currently am rather upset because I have some kind of block on several of my recent purchases. It doesn’t show any code or reason. I am not even able to get gas for my car. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I went onto app and tried to contact the credit union to make them aware and see if it gets fixed without a lot of footwork or phone tag. It doesn’t even present me with a way to email them. It just brings up a screen for what mail someone is using which I entered, but then nothing. This doesn’t make any sense because if a costumer is in a compromised situation they literally have to wait until the next business day and talk to someone to even address the situation. This newer app isn’t much better than the previous one that seemed as if created by an 8 yr old.
Taking away the face recognition to get into your account is very inconvenient. That was an awesome feature and made everything quick and easy
Deposit option errors out on image processing and contact us does not work.
Way more user friendly than the previous app! Excited about the remote deposit capture and the improved transfer options!
