Joy of reading-兒童歡樂讀

I have been in contact with them for almost two weeks about getting my money back. They basically said they don’t know why the app isn’t working(both of their apps). This app in particular never worked. Continues to say I need to purchase to access. I have sent them my receipts and they have now completely stopped responding. Not only that, it happened with their other app as well! The Montessori Preschool app. I’ll be reporting them to the better business bureau and disputing my charges. Do yourself a favor and get another app! ENOKI is not it!

App will let my child play for a few minutes then constantly asks for us to pay for a subscription. I have already paid for Montessori and do not intend to pay for second app. Please stop advertising that this is included with Montessori subscription because it is NOT and that is false advertising. Read other reviews. Everyone is complaining about the same issue.

Already have the Montessori Pre-school(love this app) though that this app gave you full access to the joy of reading ... but app won’t give me full access

I paid for a 3 month subscription and it was great in the begining. After about a week it keeps asking to renew but I still have a subscription. When I put a new subscription it fails because I currently have an active subscription. So now my son can not even play the game

Good concept from Montessori app. However this app doesn’t allow me to login with my Montessori subscription. Very frustrating each time my 2.5 year old has to start over! Fix login issues please. Otherwise would give app 4 to 5 stars.

It is quite buggy; I can’t use my child’s name because “it has already been used”, the word box is not saying some of the words, and I could not sign in using apple login, but I love Montessori School so I’m sure this app will come along fine once Edoki has time to fix it up! My 3 year old son loved the activities right away and they were easy for him to navigate since it is similar to the other learning app. I love seeing him so happy to learn phonics!
