Free Pearls Decreasing
Love this app- great reads, however I noticed they keep decreasing the daily free pearls. First it was the reading time that gave less pearls now watching ads and even checking into the website has drop drastically.

Hi there, Seems like there’s an issue on the app since the recent update. The tale sign keeps spinning while trying to read after you’ve unlocked new chapters of the books.
Daylight Robbery
I have been buying the coin packages but was charged much more. For instance i bought R99.99 package but was charged close to R300.00 almost every time. The amount I approve is never the amount my account gets debited

Books are good but the rewards are amazing

I get so into reading the books especially before I go to sleep then I have to stop because I’ve used up my pearls and can’t wait for the next day to get my rewards again. I am a pensioner so can’t pay to read your books. But am really enjoying them.

Coins not loaded to your account
Stories are interesting enough but chapters are short so it requires you to unlock chapters to continue reading. Coins purchased and paid for but not loaded to your account and customer service is non existent. No on replies and still no coins loaded but money has been debited from your account. Terrible!
