In addition to our popular indoor cycling program, which includes classes like Cycle, Tabata, and CycleLIVE, we offer a variety of strengthening, lengthening and resistance classes to meet all of your fitness needs. These include Xtend Barre (Westport), Circuit, Sculpt, Pilates, High-Intensity Interval Training, BOSU®, Boxing and Rowing at JoyX. It’s One-Stop-JOY.
JoyRide is more than just a place to sweat. It's a supportive COMMUNITY that empowers our athletes (yeah, you!) to use the strength built inside the studio as a tool to live a BIG, JOYful life. We have five studios in Connecticut: Westport, Darien, Wilton and Ridgefield, and two studios San Antonio Texas, JoyRide. Additionally, JoyRide and JoyX classes can be streamed live on your mobile device or iPad via Forte.fit
