I have tried many times to log in and changed my password many times and still get an error message from your server. This site is pitiful and should be updated. This should be simple to retrieve my points for ice cream. It’s easier to log into my Fidelity account. Your web designers need to go back to the drawing and test the site before launching it. This is not cardiac thoracic surgery! Fix it please!
Hard to use
App is much better but a bit hard to use. Also, no way to enter in birthday or update profile.
Easy and functional
Just tap the front page to expose the barcode ad scan it at the register. I get messages for members only special offers.i can easily see what rewards are available to me.
Pitiful
Site was built for the dark ages.
Functionality and ease of use is horrible. No real value.
No Apple Wallet support
Despite App Store confirming it has Apple Wallet and family share support, it does not.
How do u give your card number to receive credit? Read the long number? How efficient is that. No bar code available for register to scan.
Can’t request credit for past purchases that was missing from App
Very poorly designed basic App that hardly called customer friendly.
Finally updated - still need wallet integration
Finally updated for 64 bit, and a big improvement to get a QR code right from the first screen. Now just need to put that in wallet and it'll be perfect
Update!
Needs an update for ios11
Please update for iOS 11
This works so I don't have to carry my JPLicks card and shows me when I have a freebie but will stop working with iOS 11. Please update!
Bare minimum
Gives the user bare minimum but needs an update to be supported for upcoming iOS 11! I do use its basic functionality so I would like to continue doing that when upgrading.
No card needed
The shortcode system has worked flawlessly for years. Good job. No plastic card needed. Wish: show my balance.
