Finally, true customer service!!
It used to be that business always involved a firm handshake. Now, more often, the entire business deal takes place in the palm of your hand on your phone. I’ve been in customer service for 23 years which is exactly half of my life and I have taking pride in giving my version of great customer service, while at the same time critiquing those who attempt to do the same thing for me. I’ve dealt with representatives of equipment manufacturers of all types and do not remember most of them. However, I will remember my conversation with J. Max as he outlined the features of this app. The truth is, I didn’t need an explanation because this app has obviously had a lot of thought put into it. The difference is that this app appears to have been designed out of sheer determination to be the best.
