Force to uninstalled then app due to cannot Sign Up. No verification to email or whatsoever.

What a terrible handling by J&T..my friend received a different parcel (trash) from what i’ve sent..seems like they lost/stole the valuable item and replace it with garbage..they even wont refund full for the lost item..such a disgrace n i wont use the service anymore

Please la! I have to update this app everyday when I need to proceed shipments! Why courier app need always update? What functions u provide on this app? J&T totally poor & terrible woiiiii

after creating order, theres no data on pending or order created, need to manually fill at counter. please fix this bug

Barang hilang. Bila nak claim, tak boleh submit. Keluar bahasa cina pulak tu. Apa la masalah j&t ni. App macam haramm

it’s disgusting when u open the application but the update remainder still appear.

Suruh update tapi tak boleh update.. Sekarang dah sampai di J&t, disuruh pulak buat online ..baik tak payah pergi..Online pulak menyusahkan orang..kalau staff tolong isi takpe ini tak..fail lah j&t sekarang..
