A waste of time spent entering passwords, requesting new ones, not being recognised and then the app won’t open at all. Avoid and save yourself a lot of hassle. Bad advertisement for the company. All I want to know is can I add roaming in Ireland.
Be prepared to have trouble with this app. Constantly down/won’t load. Check with JT - “ what version area you using?” What device are you viewing on?” “ Is device up to date?”

Have removed this trash. Hitting the forgotten password link takes you to another screen where you get stuck unless you input your password. Honestly you couldn’t make it up.
Avoid like the plague. Hasn’t been updated in over a year and doesn’t work. Doesn’t even stay open to view account.
