Invalid auth token

Unable to order anything, stuck in a loop of needing to enter an email, kill the app, still stuck. Why do you need a whole app just to order a juice??? It was so much better before ordering directly from google maps.

Rewards Program Couldn’t Be Worse

The açaí bowls are great, but there is zero incentive to chose Juice Generation in NYC. The market is heavily saturated with smoothie stores, and Juice Generation doesn’t help themselves with probably the worst rewards program I’ve ever seen. You have to spend $180 to get $10 off - which doesn’t even cover one smoothie bowl?

Best Açaí bowls and smoothies I had!

This is always my favorite place to stop for a early breakfast or a snack in the afternoon. My favorite thing is the Açaí Almond butter bowl. Always so fresh and delicious. They never disappoint me! The location in Long Island city is great and they always open at 7:00am. Keep up the good work juice generation.

Log-In Bug - App Obsolete

Sadly, some bug won’t allow me to log in and I’m assuming others. Logging in on the website has no issue, however when logging into the app an “Incorrect username or password” message appears. I reset my password to ensure I’m not messing that up, deleted and redownloaded the app sadly all with no remedy. Hopefully there is a fix soon! Till then, web browser exclusive it is.

This location on East 84th street regularly takes way to long to complete orders. I waited over 25 minutes today.

Great Juice, Terrible App

Potentially one of the worst mobile ordering apps I’ve ever used. Nothing works properly 1 login, payment info, order history, rewards, etc etc. It needs a ton of work but it’s the only way I can order for a pickup location and have to continue using it. Please reach out if you’d like me to help fix the app @JuiceGeneration!
