Registration of the service is only open to users who have a Taiwan cellular phone number. Despite message stating the service will open to international users, there's been no change to this restriction for 6 months and more. Useless IM/social media service until it does. How about only release it to international AppStores only when the service is available internationally?

Dose this app only work with an TW number? Can't use it in US

Asks for 10 digit number. Doesn't accept US numbers, only TW numbers.

Put in 10 digits, USA number and still ask for 10 digits only?
Can't even go through very 1st SMS verification. What's going on?
My friend told me to install this app but I can't setup since I don't have Taiwanese phone number. So this app is supposed to be used in tawian only ?
