Worst service ever
Whoever is in charge of I.T. for this company needs to go back to their university and ask for their money back. The app never works, the website is barely holding it together. Jesus Christ. For such a big company, it is just incredible that you need to jump through every hoop to try to contact customer service should you need immediate service. How difficult can it be as one of the biggest supermarkets in The Netherlands to have a site that works and customer service available more than once every 24 hours. I would recommend you just stick to any other company. I have had nothing but headaches with them.
