Pain to use
Pointless app, might as well have the training program written down on a piece of paper. The advantage of writing an app is it can walk you through the training program. Set a timer for the duration of each exercise, integrate music, verbally tell you the next exercise so you don't have to stop to look at the screen, properly place rest intervals, track heart rate and fitness progress, etc. This app is nothing more than a checklist. You have to stop to look at the screen and you have to use a different app or device for a timer. As I said, might as well wrote the routine down on a piece of paper, at least then you'd be able to read the writing without having to stop and examine the tiny font.
