I baught premium and I hvemt got an email from you there is no al tutor in the app and noone that I can reach where is your email? you got my money and didnt give the product
I want to try the app because of their overrated adds. They show you a pop-up and first, you think that you can not go any further before pay the subscription. You can try somethings but from the ux and than the ai and the lessons… I do not like any of them. I will continue with duolingo and forget about pronunciation for now
Do not fall for the promises of refund in case of dissatisfaction with the product. They only offer partial refund. Voice recognition in AI tutoring does not function properly. At least that was my experience in Greek lessons. Lesson contents are not up to my expectations and it is too bad you cant get a preview of what you should be expecting. Customer service provides automated responses. They gently offered live sessions to make up for the fradulent advertising, for which i was expected to go through another website and enter my credit card information, while being promised not to be billed for that. Long story short, the app is a scam for gullible people. There are better tools out there and you know exactly what to expect
This app is really slow activating the microphone, so I’m always speaking too soon. I had to turn off Enhanced Speech recognition because it wasn’t able to understand me. With it off the app understands much better and compliments my pronunciation. The app is way more responsive with it off also, but still slow. The sign up process tries to upsell you at least 5 things, I think more. It offers a Premium subscription at the very best price of $47 for a year. I bought it, but nothing tells me how to give it to someone or how to add it to my subscription, which were touted as options when buying it. Customer service is by email only. It took several searches to find the place to cancel the premium AI trial so that it doesn’t auto renew. It’s an unsavory business practice to hide this so deeply. It looks like a much better app than Rosetta Stone. More practical. I found it allows me to sometimes reply with a perfectly acceptable equivalent response and mark it as correct. That’s wonderful because I find some of the conversations stilted. Update: the app never reminds me to use it even though I have that turned on. I had several errors trying to get the app to keep the reminders on. But I don’t get them. It’s very slow to activate the microphone, so I had to make a habit of waiting to be sure it’s ready. An audible tone to say it’s ready would be better, but the lag shouldn’t exist. Lessons completed just clog up the screen and you have to scroll down. I don’t want to concentrate on writing at all. Give me the option to have speaking only. My subscription has run out and now working to find out how to get my $47 premium working. The more conversations I practiced the more unnatural they seemed. They’re just not natural speech. When as simple “Non” would be normal conversation you have to say that and then basically repeat what was asked.
Don’t get this. I thought it was going to since my problems with speaking. But half of the time the app doesn’t pick up words said. Others it du s them with completely different word that were not even close to what is said. Don’t waste your money.
The product is decent, but the communication is ridiculous! When I first purchased the subscription, I accidentally hit the purchase button two times, and got charged twice for it. Fair enough. So I decided to email their support team in regards to the matter, and never heard back from them. It’s been almost a month, and I am still paying for two subscriptions!
II have been trying to learn Spanish for a while. This program has given me my best grip on it. I understand it better than I speak it But I’m getting better every day !!
I cannot post unless I give 1 star but it’s actually zero. I cannot access the app. I contacted customer support they simply said that I could cancel my subscription which I already paid for so I can’t get my money back, but I have access to the program for a year though I don’t have access to the program. Guess lesson learned and $200 in the toilet. Customer service gets zero ⭐️
I am new to Jumpspeak and just getting used to learning with the program. I’m using in concert with Duolingo.
