Be a step ahead of the hazzards coming your way - that being obstacles such as barricades, semi-trucks and who knows what else. You are also obliged to progress by collecting coins along the way to secure a brand new automobile purchase as well as unlocking new levels the more miles you drive.
To avoid collisions with obstacles coming your way, be sure to make use of your abilities to either jump or swerve from left to right (or vice versa).
