I am a new user to Jupiter. This review is specific to the First Impression of the whole org. The application is slow and has a lot of bug in IOS system. Please correct this. It is my salaried account hence it’s a compulsion to use, otherwise I would never use it.
Tried creating account many times, every time same message that your number doesn't meet our privacy policy. seriously? I am trying to sign up and i violated the privacy by signing up? Update - Their customer support called and told me same thing which was written in app that your profile doesn't meet our policy. Upon asking which policy or what is the issue, they said nothing. Just same thing repeated again and again. Pathetic.
I was using Jupiter for all my transactions for over an year right now . Where it's very easy to handle the application and transactions . Since last week i was enjoying the mini loan facility and i have repaid that amount before due date . But now its showing i am not eligible for any loan . I don't understand it , where what was the reason for that . And their customer support is very pathetic , please improve on that
It’s been quite a while since I’m using this app and last time too i reported this issue , I’m unable to book my cheque book , once i click on that section of the app my screen goes white and I’m unable to use anything … last option for me is to close the app and then re-open it . Kindly fix that issue coz even after uninstalling and installing the app multiple times … I’m unable to access it .

Technical issue
This is pathetic!! They are charging for virtual debit card. To make it free they upsell useless service. They do not issue cc despite having excellent credit score. When enquired about rejection they give scripted answer. The key essential factors required in banking business like transparency and integrity are missing in the business. So I closed the account and uninstalled the app Not at all recommended. Don’t fall for Instagram finfluencer ad!!!
It’s been over 4-5 months and I am unable to login to the app. It just shows that my number couldn’t be verified.
People will regret it someday , i can give 0 stars to this app This is a fake app Please keep urself away from this app They steal ur money They scam u They fake transactions n all If you keep money in pot or fd Forget about it You will never be able to get it out
Promised a benefit on opening a salary account and now to avail that I have to pay additional amount. That’s really misguided. Also the mini loan initially was upto 75k and now they have decreased it to 40k, keep it specific to your loyal customers atleast!
