I can’t dance😭

I want do dance on my laptop/pc but when I enter the dance room number on my phone it says that the room number doesn’t exist and I struggle with it every single time I’ve tried so many times and it doesn’t even let me enter so devs pls fix your bug😭

Nice idea, really bad app

The app is horrible. It is slow, it disconnects, sometimes you here the song twice, but delayed. I think I never seen such a bad app.

Disappointed

I recently purchased the promo VIP subscription it was like the price of 1 month for 3 months, I played one week, and then it simply disappeared, every time I click restore nothing happens, so I paid money for nothing, I can’t reach support as they’re always closed, can you please do something? Because I don’t think it’s fair for me to get a refund because I will have to purchase three months for the original price after and that’s disappointing, thank you.

The app has not been loading since Just Dance 2023 was launched,and I have an iPhone SE2,why is it not working??

Stuck on loading screen

Didn’t even get the chance of playing the game itself because I’m stuck on the loading screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, turning off my phone and turning it back on, nothing seems to fix the problem. I even tried changing the language of the game from within iOS settings to see if that would change anything, but to no avail. I am on the latest iOS version. I would contact Ubisoft support, but in order to do that you need an account. One too many inconveniences.
