Works well, but always asks if it should allow paste. That gets annoying. 5 stars when fixed.

Clean and simple no ads just the recipe

I was trying to find an app that I could use to convert all the recipes I want to try into metric measurements and most importantly stop the recipe website from scrolling itself back to the top of page in on. I don’t know if there’s an easier method of getting this accomplished but Just the Recipe works wonderfully! It breaks down every recipe into measurements I can use for exact measurements. And it takes out all the mind numbing back stories to every single freaking recipe. I DID NOT NEED A 20 min saga about how you came to love this biscuit recipe, Karen!!!! Just give me THE GOODS!! Aka THE RECIPE!!

I use Just the Recipe to plan every holiday/dinner party! It also makes everyday cooking adventures a little less daunting. 100/10 would recommend!

I have been using this app for awhile now and love love it! After many recipes converted I just have a few notes that would make it more user friendly: - tap top of screen to return to top of recipe, as you can do in other apps and webpages on a smartphone. This would make it so much easier to reference ingredient amounts in long recipes! - ability to add sections to ingredients or instructions. I have noticed some import in “sections,” e.g. ingredients for base dish vs sauce, etc. but I haven’t been able to figure out how to add these manually if needed. - fix coding issue where sometime apostrophes show up as %!~\#^ (or something similar lol). It’s not a big deal to fix myself when I see them but would make it a bit more streamlined and require less time correcting text in recipes. All in all a fantastic app that takes away a lot of the clutter and difficulty with ads when cooking with online recipes! I will continue to use it and look forward to seeing updates in the future.

This used to be really great app. You bought it once and used it. Now they seem to be changing it to a subscription service. Not sure I wanna keep doing that. I think that the money grabbing is getting a little too much these days. As well, it’s having some difficulties with saving and editing. If you’re gonna charge more money for it, you better make it work better and make it worth my while.

I have an old clunker tablet in the kitchen for the sole purpose of playing music and serving recipes. The endless dross of ads and sponsor graphics on recipe sights bring it to its knees. No more!

Been really loving this app !To me its worth the Premium version. Recipes I find online through IG, Apple News, cooking blogs etc, they are easily converted in this app. You can edit the recipe & add notes. I can add all kinds of categories for them too. Only criticism is that it auto-corrects capital letters to lowercase letters. So if I’m editing or inputting a new recipe it wont take “T” for tablespoons. It converts it to a lowercase “t” which is teaspoons which messes up my saved recipe. Also brand names of ingredients it auto-corrects to all lowercase. Not a big deal but I think the developers should fix this to not auto-correct my recipe!

Best app ever. I actually am reviewing an app for the first time just because it’s SO GREAT.
