I was charged an initial $5 and during the first eight hours, I was charged $55. I think the $55 should be reversed to my account. I did not receive any useful information.

I was really pleased to get three questions answered- to log on today to find I have reached my maximum number of questions- you have got to be kidding- great service but not worth the cost and it says unlimited questions for the month

With a bunch of “experts” it could be a mixed bag of helpful responses that you get. That being said I’ve actually gotten way more helpful responses than not. This has helped me out in many ways and I highly recommend this service.
