I had been a long time user and customer of Justfly and I just loved how convenient it is to book flights and its additions. Very convenient , you can do it while in your couch. Very easy to navigate and the price is very reasonable. Good customer service as well when you want to talk to one. Will recommend to friends and family. Thank you for your great service and I am hoping this good service will continue.

Trying to book on JustFly site is difficult at best ! I had to start over 4 times and still didn’t get luggage secured ! Only need 1 large and site books for every one on reservation !

I’ve been a loyal customer of JustFly for over 8 years, but my recent experience was beyond disappointing. I tried to use a discount coupon for the first time, and the process was a nightmare. The system kept giving me errors, and when I contacted customer service, they were extremely unhelpful. I spent over an hour on the phone, only to receive no resolution—just a massive headache. I called back multiple times, hoping someone would assist, but they stopped taking my concerns seriously. This level of customer service is unacceptable. What’s the point of being a loyal customer if you're treated so poorly when you actually need help? This experience has completely ruined my trust in JustFly, and I will not be using their service again.

I had booked Dallas to Auckland and in the two weeks leading up to the trip was getting notifications about flight changes, layover changes, and date changes (at one point a full week layover in LA). Customer service - when I could get them to answer - kept saying “no nothing has changed the notifications aren’t real” until they looked up my trip and the changes were in the system. Then they would say wait one day and it would be corrected. Too many times this happened, and the managers were no better than the CSR. I ended up cancelling them (and boy what an ordeal that was!) and booking last minute through United, which of since it was last minute meant the flight was super cheap oh wait no it cost me $3500 more but at least I trusted that we would actually get to NZ. Justfly as a company should drop into an active volcano and justfly.com should be scrubbed from the internet like it never existed.

They scam me in 2019 buying ticket with protection and the protection agency refused to refund my money even a week before my flight so I lost 562$. Then 5 years later I book a flight for my sister and she missed her flight, they starting to tell me that:” They don’t have control about what happening at the airport ,and told I need to pay fee in order to get my ticket change which was 295$. Without compassion this company let my sister spend two night at the airport. They have the worst company support which only talk on text no phone(to avoid) people. THIS IS A BIG NO NO COMPANY PLEASE DON’T BOOK TICKET FOR THIS CHOOSE ANOTHER THIRD PARTY COMPANY BUT NOT THIS ONE. Thank you

This app should be banned from App Store. They book tickets at higher price. Cancel baggage midway and then have zero customer service . This App is the highest form of cyber crime. They charged money randomly from my credit card three months after my flight.
