Not accurate

The app isn’t accurate and doesn’t keep up to date when movies change streaming services.

Was great, now it won’t open

App just stays stuck on logo screen. This occurs every few months, but there is no using it for days until it decides to load.

TV shows

Newly added TV shows marked as seen are not added to list Ssen list.

Beautiful, very functional App

I’ve been in the mobile app development space for almost 25 years now. This is one amazing app. Even IMDB has now (poorly) attempted to copy their functionality. Use this App to save a list all of your shows and movies you want to watch. Use the ‘tracking’ feature - it’s amazing. Set your streaming services and religiously track what you watch. Works great with the AppleTV App as well. Now subscribe to streaming services one at a time or when deals show up, never worry about losing your account or history, and save a ton of streaming money. Then tip some of the back to Justwatch. Where do I invest? The refinement your team has done is amazing. Keep it up!

I loved this app till..

I realized you had to pay and can only connect it to a tv. If not this app would be absolutely amazing. Although they wouldn’t be earning money I think a better idea is making it so if they want to watch on more than one channel like Netflix then they should pay a month for that

Always wrong

The listings on this app are almost always wrong. It’s a complete waste of time.

Disappointed lately

I sent a message to support a month or so ago that I was disappointed lately. Shows are not updated with newest episodes or descriptions. At least one of my shows are wrong (Season 3 is listed as Season 4 etc). I have been paying a monthly subscription and noted in my last email that I was on the verge of cancelling. Obviously you don’t care as I didn’t even get the courtesy of a reply. I have found another app that is doing a much better job of keeping track of my shows accurately and so I am cancelling my subscription.

Unusable

This use to be a great app, now it is behind a paywall, bait and switch for a minimal service others do for free. It doesn’t track everything and often gives false information.

Love this app but

Love this app we use it literally everyday. Just one little thing that other than being annoying doesn’t really bother me but I think maybe they can fix. After you watch a series and mark it as watched it does not get removed from the to watch list unless you delete it. Not bad, just annoying.

Nice App Overall But…

I no longer get iPhone notifications when shows/movies I’ve tagged are available to watch on my selected services. Notifications are enabled for the app but it fails to alert me like it used to. Disappointing.
