Nicely done
I like it. I don’t know how useful it will be but it’s very cool. My PWS on my wrist. Maybe I’m becoming a weather nerd. Thanks for doing this.
Yes, JWeatherWatch is free to download, however it contains in-app purchases or subscription offerings.
Not enough reviews to make a reliable assessment. The app needs more user feedback.
JWeatherWatch has several in-app purchases/subscriptions, the average in-app price is 11.90 S/.

Doesn’t work with new watch OS paid for it and I’m not even allowed to download it again
No matter what I tried I couldn’t get the app to take the api, large waste of time
The app worked fine until I needed to resync my watch/iphone. After the sync, the app was no longer. The app store had purchase grayed out and prevented me from downloading the app. So, apparently I still have the app, but it is no longer accessible on the iphone. Why can’t I simply re-download the app? You are making this unnecessarily frustrating.
I’m so happy to have finally found a Watch app that pulls directly from Ambient! I just wish the complication was nicer on faces like Wayfinder and Infograph (round, analog style faces). It looks rather plain/boring compared to the one shown on digital faces, which looks more like the built in weather app. The decimal seems unnecessary if that’s what’s keeping the complication on round faces from looking more like the built in app.
I have attempted to paste the API key, obtain from Ambient Weather Network, and have been unable to get the pasted key to stick. It returns a blank after I paste it. more specific instructions as to why this paste fails would be helpful. Too bad, it looked like a good app.
Setup is a challenge because of a bug in iOS 15, can’t fault the dev for Apple’s bugs. I manually typed the Ambient Weather API key (first time putting it in the open weather box, so be careful there are two input boxes for different things!). Once I got it typed in the right place immediately worked. Amazing, real time and charts all work perfectly. TY Julian you don’t deserve that one star review for Apple’s bugs.
Does what it says, displays data from your AmbientWeather station on your watch. Developer was very helpful, and the app doesn’t collect data. And it’s free!
The app is a great idea but the ambient weather api key is like 50 characters long and I couldn’t find a way to copy and paste it in. Maybe add a preference in the iPhone watch app settings to add the key? Not sure. As developer suggested, I tried copy and paste from phone when given typing prompt. Paste doesn’t work. I gut no paste prompt. Maybe a Mac OS bug.
