K-ETA

このアプリケーションを開くと、k-etaのWEBページが開くだけです。 Safariやchromeでk-etaのWEBページにアクセスすることと全く同じ結果になります。 このアプリケーションは特別な機能を持っていません。 私はk-etaは利用者からk-etaへ支払う額より、k-etaがApple storeに支払うアプリケーションの維持費の方が高い様に思いました。

昨日たまたまカード明細を確認したら 3300円も引き落とされてびっくり。 アプリをダウンロードして、 ビザ申請の予約を取るだけで、 お金を取るなんて衝撃でした。 それで、ビザ申請時にも料金がかるでしょう。 本当に国で運営してるサイト？

コピペ使わないと 一文字ごとに固まります。 無駄に時間かかります

This app is very poor quality and so is the website. The app and website constantly lagged at the end resulting the whole app to re-start and you have to start again. This happens multiple times until the information could be sent to be “analysed”. Korea claims to be a visa free country for 112 country’s but this is false because K-ETA is playing the role of a visa. We only found out about K-ETA when me and my family were at the airport. Claiming to be visa free it was still 1000 yen to apply wich is useless because you have to pay before being able to send your application without knowing if you will be approved or denied so it can become a waste of your money. Visa.go.kr states that all countries do not need a visa. This information is misleading. We checked this website first for any information regarding if we needed visa. There was no information telling us if we needed K-ETA. Information on K-ETA was published online in beginning of 2022, since then it does not seem as if it has ever been updated. How are we supposed to know if K-ETA is still being used in 2023? If or when denied and if you call K-ETA they refuse to tell you the purpose of you being denied. This does not make much sense as perhaps you want to know what is wrong to apply once more.

iPhone12で真っ白な画面になるだけ。 全く動きません。

入力できなくなったり、とにかく使いづらいです。 結果、パソコンで申請しました。パソコンだと日本語出るので少しはまし。

クレジットカード登録画面から進みません。最悪です。結構時間かかりますね

自分の顔写真がきちんとアップされたか、最後にもう一度確認をしようとページを戻ったところ、知らない方のパスポートの写真に差し変わっていました。 顔写真、本籍、生年月日、サイン、パスポート番号すべて漏洩しています。ありえません。

追記: 途中まで入力したパスポート情報は残っていたのでそのままアプリで続行。写真は消えてないかな？と思って一応確認。 まさかの！ 自分の顔写真が、他人のパスポート写真に入れ替わっていました。 名前も誕生日もパスポート番号もサインもわかります。ありえません。大事な個人情報ですよ。しっかりしてください。 ーーーーー 入力は英字キーボードじゃないと反応しません。 家族全員分入力し、さぁ申請、というところでアプリが固まって落ちました。 パスポートの読み取りや写真アップロードは便利なのに… アプリはおすすめしません。

文字の入力さえまともにさせてくれない超絶ダメアプリです。そもそもこれ何の為にやらせるの？やらせるのは良いとしてそれならせめてまともなもの作ってと言いたい。推しの為じゃなかったら旅行をキャンセルしたいくらい、鬱陶しかったです
