I cant finde there WINNER where are they

The app is great, nice stress reliever. But how come the app has been down for months?

I love this app! But there’s one problem, whenever I enter the app, it gives me the option to vote for an idols birthday, birthday vote rewards, and a face book log in error tab. And it won’t let me click off! So I haven’t been able to play, and make starpics.

I have this this that pops up when I open that app that say’s “Facebook login error You are currently unable to log in with Facebook. We will solve the problem as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.” And idk what to do if I need to change my Facebook password or if it’s just the app idk can someone tell me what to do?

It’s like a really good app I’m just wondering how to level up and two why when I wanted to color one of the pictures it took all my hearts and then said I can’t play it cause I need more hearts that is kinda odd and I want to know why it kept doing that?

The whole app is really great to get pictures of the Idols and stuff and fill out the Starpics but my app has been constantly crashing with it logging me out at times and when I try to log in it o my shows a blank screen. I’m not sure if this is a problem with my phone or the app itself but that’s about the only thing bad about it. It’s a great app but it doesn’t work sometimes

I downloaded the app and it doesn’t even open. All I get is a white screen and I’ve tried deleting, redownloading, and restarting my iPad. I tried on my phone as well and it doesn’t work 🧑🏽‍🦲

i am a kpop stan and i only got this today but i got SOOO many pictures already! BEWARE! SUPER ADDICTING!

This game did not let me see the profiles when I clicked on stars then BTS which is very upsetting. On top of this it won’t allow you to change your name in a group

Hello! First, I’d have to say that I’ve been using this app for 5 years. I love it and it is my favorite K-Pop related app! However, after the most recent update, I’ve been experiencing problems with logging in. It says that I’m not logged in, even though I logged in and can see my username, level, and number of hearts on the menu. I’ve tried many things to see if it was my phone being weird, but that didn’t work. I believe it’s an issue with the app itself. I cannot unfortunately use the app because it says I’m not logged in. I’m addressing this now, hoping that the problem will be fixed soon. Keep up the great work!!! :)
