Poor customer support
It takes so long to get a notification that my payment received or what ? And the customer service didn’t even reply. No phone number that can be dialled if we need help,

Been using a lot of remittance app and this one is not user friendly. Bit confusing
No feedback like it has been received by the receiver anymore
I can’t check whether receiver has received the money or not. Unlike the old app where the details in the transaction were all clear with feedback, like it has been received by the client, awaiting for … and etc. Now, I don’t get feedback whether the client has received the money or not.
