اسوء ابلكيشين لتوصيل الطلبات بالعالم، وبلا منازع. - تاخير بالطلبات. - يوصل الطلب خطاء. - يعلق و يطفى البرنامج لمدة ساعات كل يوم. - دئماً ارسل طلب من البرنامج وانتظر ساعات، و اتفاجى انه ما يوصل للمطعم اساساً (مع انه موجود الطلب بقائمة البرنامج). - مافيه خدمة سبورت ولا شكاوى ولا متابعه الا بالايميل عايشين على ايام العصر الحجري. - مافيه اي بوابة دفع من خلال البرنامج (موجود انه في دفع ، لكنها شكل لم تفعل اطلاقاً). - لا توجد مراقبه فعاله من ادارة مدينة الملك عبدالله الاقتصادية على الاعمال الغير قانونية لطلبيات التوصيل (احد المطاعم اللي يوصل لي الطلب طفل يسوق دباب وهذا مخالف لكل القوانين، انه يعمل بهذا السن و انه يقود مركبة). والاسوء انه تم ابلاغ المدينة بهذه المشاكل ولكن لا يوجد اي تعاون او اجراء او تطوير وكأنهم لا يهتمون. - بإختصار تروح تجيب طلبك افضل بكثر من انك استخدمة. - على سبيل الميثال اليوم رمضان وابي اطلب والابليكيشين معطل الان. The world worst food app, without a doubt. - Delayed orders. - wrong Deliveries - The app has many bugs and issues, and get out of service for hours from time to time. - I always make orders on app and wait for hours, and surprisingly the order wasn’t sent to the restaurant in the first place (but I can see the order still on in the app). - There is no professional support service in the app or by phone, the only way is by email to follow-up. This app made for the days of the Stone Age. - There is no online payment through the App (there is an online payment a section to pay online, but it never ever worked, it’s for show off only). - There is no supervision by KAEC management on the illegal activities done by the restaurants on deliveries. ( many times my food was delivered by a kid, and that underage kid worker driving a motorcycle, this is so illegal by all means). - However, KAEC was informed many times about these issues over years, but they have done nothing about it - for example right now we are in Rahmadan, and the ap is not working 😂. In short, got grab your food by your self in this city, it’s safer, legal, faster, and no underage worker involved.
