Steps to install:

1. Kindly visit App Store on your smart phone and search KaGB mPAY Mobile Banking application. Click on mobile app icon & click to install.
2. After successful installation open app by clicking new KaGB mPAY mobile banking icon.
3. Click on next button to continue after selecting the Registered Mobile Number (RMN)with the Bank. SMS will be initiated by the selected SIM; Ensure balance is available to send the SMS successfully.
4. After successful Mobile Number validation, an OTP will be sent to your RMN.
5. Enter the OTP received and validate the authenticity.
6. You will be redirected to create and confirm your 6 digits numeric LOGIN PIN for login into the application.
7. Accept the Terms & Conditions after successfully creating the LOGIN PIN.
8. Before initiating any mobile Banking transactions, you need to create and confirm new 6 digits numeric MPIN for validating all MB transactions.
10. Activate your Mobile Banking account by entering the active debit card details.

not working on esim

please update your app for working with esim card mobiles. the app is only detects physical sim.

I am using ios and have the esim, its showing registered mobile number is not correct. Please fix it and reply us

E-sim is not detecting

Hi Team, please work on e-sim message detection verification on iPhone. It’s showing as no sim found error log. Please update this feature upcoming update.

SIM card not found

After re inserting the physical SIM card from 12mini to 15, not able to access the application. Throwing a message saying “SIM card not found”. Could you please check and rectify at the earliest.

eSIM support needed

please ensure there is an eSIM support asap

It won’t support for e-sim users

Unable to open the app

A error has been showing while opening the app as “no sim found”.please solve the issue as soon as possible

I have ported to esim, from onwards it doesn’t even opening. It tells no sim detected. Kindly rectify it.
