- e-Forms Service
- Service Status Tracking
- Update e-bills Email
- Submit Meter Reading
- Certificate Request
- Locate customer services branches on the map
- Send suggestions or complains to Kahramaa attached with images if needed

- تحديث البريد الإلكتروني الخاص بالفاتورة الإلكترونية
- إرسال قراءة العداد
- طلب شهادة
- تحديد مواقع مراكز خدمات المشتركين على الخريطة
- إرسال اقتراحات و شكاوى مرفقة بالصور
