Best in Sarasota!

Best coffee in Sarasota! The service is excellent as well! Anastasia and the Fellas behind the counter are always happy and upbeat. A great place to find a lil caffeine and mental pick me up!

Used to be better

I used to be able to scan my app at the counter and get rewards points that way. But now they say I need to either link a card to the app (not going to happen) or individually scan receipts. (Much less convenient)

Adding cards needs HELP!

I never carry my cards with me - that’s what Apple Pay is for. So for months, if I felt like getting Kahwa while I was out, I couldn’t use the app, because it doesn’t allow you to pay without entering the numbers. THEN when I finally had the card with me, the auto-capture put in the wrong information 🤦🏻‍♀️ So instead of being able to order easily, I had to exit my order, go to my saved cards, delete it, then re-enter the correct numbers manually. AND IT GETS WORSE!! The next time I try to order, IT ASKS ME FOR MY CVV 😫😫😫 That’s the whole point of having the cards saved - so I don’t have to put more numbers in!! Just add Apple Pay!! This is ridiculous!

Great App!

App is intuitive with really beautiful UI. The rewards system is also awesome!

Horrible

Great cold brew

Other than when jacket is changed, this the best cold brew I’ve ever had. Croissants, when not over cooked, are also fabulous I’m a big dan

New App

The new app refresh and change to rewards, makes the reward process much more difficult. Furthermore, by enrolling a credit card it appears to get all transaction data for the card, which leads to a privacy concern. Also, doesn’t work with all credit cards, including the Apple credit card.

Love Kahwa !

I love Kahwa and the great pastries! I have been going for years and will go out the way to go there instead. I love the new app so far. I was sad that Mistral and Reserve don’t get the extra points but I see that redemption is a bit less points now, so I think that makes up for it. If I could afford to buy a franchise of Kahwa I would!

No Previous Order Option

The option to select a previous order to “re-order” is not functional in the app. I have placed roughly 50 orders through the app and only 2 times has me most recent previous order appeared for me to select. That function is CRITICAL for ease of use and makes this new Kahwa app painful to use. PLEASE fix the list of recent orders or even most recent order so that a user can easily order again without selecting and modifying each item individually. Thank you! EDIT: Looking forward to the change in Nov so I can more seamlessly give you my money :) Love supporting Kahwa, super team and fantastic espresso.
