Calculations are very accurate everything is good it would be better if you had the divisional charts available. Other than that good for natal readings.

Update: 1/25/20 One year after my 2-Star review I get a developer response. That’s a pretty terrible amount of time lost, temporarily adding one star cos it appears I can start using it again but lost time isn’t quite helpful. 3-Stars. Just took a look at the newest update and the import charts feature of recovery is nice. I wanted to adjust the look back to black or a darker more so i started with the customizations. I also wanted to use Solar houses and once I changed a few options on this page the entire chart would not change back. It is stuck in Eastern chart mode and won’t return to a Western wheel. Please fix! I’ve been using 8y.

I used to LOVE this app. My last review was three stars only because they never updated it. Well, now they've overhauled everything. I lost all my saved charts because I have my apps set to automatically download. On top of that, it's SUPER glitchy. I've seen aspects that should say approaching listed as separating, unclickable links because they're mapped wrong (idk how to say this technically, but one link's space will overlap another link and you can't click the one you need because of said overlap), every time you click between the chart and aspects the orbs reset to a very high degree, the planets and points are listed in a weird order on the aspects chart, etc. I could go on and on about how disappointed I am in this because I seriously use to use this app and only this app. Now I have to find another one because this is the opposite of user-friendly.

The new update looks AMAZING but it crashes when i try to enter data - am i doing something wrong?? UPDATE : i deleted and reinstalled and now it seems to be working...

I absolutely love this app. Now that I updated to iOS 11.03 I can no longer use Kairon. If there is any way possible to use Kairon with IOS 11.03 please let me know. I am very disappointed that apple would create an iOS update that renders great apps like Kairon inoperable. I never would have updated to 11.03 had I realized I would loose Kairon. 😟

I didn't think twice about buying the ipad version since I had been pretty pleased with the version for my MacBook. BUT, this version is nothing like it. The following are a list of settings that can be adjusted in my MacBook version but not ipad: 1) can't alter text or background color 2) can't adjust settings to show me the degrees and minutes of the planets on the chart image. I don't like that this leaves me entirely reliant on the little lines of relationship shown between planets so as to try and guess the aspects that are formed. I wish I could at least put my finger over the planets so as to be able to read the degrees and minutes on the chart 3) when setting dignities I wish kairon would allow me to see what exactly they are assigning under "Egyptian" and "modern" dignities. With various interpretations on dignities, I hate having to rely on what the writers of this app interpret the dignities to be, while at the same time not being informed on what exactly they are assigning. On my desktop version, not only can I read and see for myself what they are assigning, but I can change them as I see fit. 4) this version does not allow me to set individual orbs like I can on desktop version. Instead I have to rely on the same orbs, like a blanket generalization, for all planets and aspects. 5) if I delete a file it is not actually deleted These and a few other things that I'm prob forgetting lead me to give this a one. I either want this app to be made to the caliber of desktop version, or I want my money back. I can tell you right now that as of right now this app is pretty useless for my works.

5 stars for that! Kairon is not without a few imperfections; it is challenging to find some locales in the atlas. I found that after tweaking Kairon the way I wanted in Settings, it didn't take effect until after a hard reboot. It will take awhile to master it. But nothing else comes close to what Kairon does on mobile devices.

This is the most powerful chart generating app available through the app store. It is capable of producing star charts for virtually any time in virtually any location. This app is best for those with general to advanced knowledge of astrology, and is also a great tool for the novice who has reference materials at his or her disposal. Nothing better available (not that anything better could be!). If you're looking for an astrology app, this should be your first pick.
