• Email your doctor’s office or Member Services with nonurgent questions
• Schedule, view, and cancel routine appointments and see information about past visits
• Fill or refill most prescriptions, check the status of a prescription order, and see a list of all your medications
• View your medical history, including allergies and immunizations, ongoing health conditions, and most lab test results
• Choose a doctor by browsing our online doctor profiles
• Find facilities and pharmacies near you
• Get care in a way that works for you — online, by phone, or in person
• Access your digital membership card to check in for appointments, pick up prescriptions, and more
• Get personalized reminders and health information as soon as they’re available
Allows users to integrate with the Apple Health app to:
• Enter information about their health (e.g., glucose readings), so that it can be shared with their care team
• View information about their health (e.g., glucose readings)
To get started, download the app and sign in with your kp.org account. If you haven’t registered yet, you can also create your online account in the app.

Garbage
iOS 18.2 iphone12 the app crashes at open. Deleting reinstalling the app many times and constantly crashes
Loads Slow/Turns Off
Long time user of the KP app, but encountering recent issues. Everything loads very slowly with a lot of spinning wheels. Navigating between programs often results and being kicked out of the app and having to log back in again and start over. Whatever changes have been made have negatively impacted app performance.
No Access At All
Called for a phone visit for a sinus infection. Made all the correct selections and the first available date given to me was mid MARCH. Unbelievable.
Mostly okay
KP.org is easier to use on my Mac than on my iPhone. I can easily access appointments, messages, and test results in the app but though I’ve used it for years, I still can’t find many things that I easily access on my computer like my costs for services. The pharmacy portion is improving but still needs work.
Overall Great Services
I like this system because it’s easy and very convenient and easy for your prescriptions to be delivered to your home instead of going to the pharmacy! Love it Kaiser is so helpful and convenient
Writing a letter
The letter writing section of the app is glitchy. It hangs all the time.
Just my opinion
I don’t like that when you send a message to your Dr, a nurse or a different Dr can answer. It’s incredibly frustrating to me and I really hate it. If I send a message to my Dr that is who it should go to. If it doesn’t matter I’ll send it to any Dr!
New update is terrible
This app is terrible! They did some update and the app randomly closes with seconds. I can’t do anything on this app. They also made it super difficult to message my doctors.
Love Kaiser
Kaiser has been an excellent care provider and continues to improve services and online app making things easier and stress free. Love Kaiser
