Too much of this app is broken. Passwords were sent out via email in plain text; you can’t add a card on an iphone because the save button is hidden beneath the native symbols and also it insists on saving a card rather than allowing a one time payment. I just want to pay my overpriced bill, why is that now near impossible? Who shuts down a web service without fully testing the app first?! Clowns.

The button to save card details is too high on an iPhone 13 Pro Max and behind the battery icon which makes the app effectively useless especially now card payments have been removed from the site.

Wow please hire real coders! This app is so bad it shouldn’t be allowed on the store. Cannot keep login details super annoying!!! We lost remote functionality for the heating system.

It’s not possible to save credit card to pay bill because save button is too far in the corner on top of battery sign.

Every second time I try to use this app to log in and check my balance or make a payment, the app won’t allow me to log in. This results in me having to call the company and stay on hold to speak to someone for what should be a BASIC function. It’s very frustrating that with the size of the account I’m part of, the user experience is not the focus of this company.

I can not register my bank account as the save button is located just on top of battery level indicator.
