Instruction is not clear/ Low efficiency.
This is my first day to try the 30days challenge but is so hard for me to do so because the instruction only show 2 picture without explanation to do the exercise. Better use other apps e.g Women Fitness.

Therefore, these workout programs are combinations of targeted thigh exercises and cardio. By doing this you will get far better results.
