Starting the app for the first time and get this: Your network connection is unstable. Please check and try again (Failure code - 99999). I am connected to m Wi-Fi… Restarting and reinstalling the app won’t help at all. Just bad app.
- for sure not the shortest nor the quickest roots - zooming in manually is interrupted by auto centering - seems the app, which gets traffic jam info as last one - no / seldom info of road numbers - when needed In a nutshell.. painful

Entire App is in Korean including the map and names and descriptions. Completely useless for tourists. Navigation is also sluggish and the app tends to crash every couple of minutes. Any paper map is better than this.
In my opinion it‘s better than Naver Maps. Naver maps somehow often shows me outdated or inefficiently longer routes, especially outside Seoul compared to Kakao (my wife and I compare routes when we drive longer distances). However, it‘d be 5 stars if KakaoMaps supported CarPlay.
The app is extremely convenient and easy to use.
But you can not find a place by searching by its name. Sadly Naver, Apple and Google maps apps cant find many englisch written adresses either. Western apps work only in the eu/us. But can find Restaurants etc by its name.
The app description is in English and shows English menus but I can't change the language in my app into English
wenn man Koreanisch kann. Kann man auch erraten wenn man sich nur einmal die Beschreibung anschaut. Immer wieder so schlaue Leute die statt die App. zu bewerten, sich über die Sprache der aufregen und entsprechend unqualifiziert bewerten. Schade, weil die App. ist echt genial!
